Mark Cha is the Operations Manager at TWK Steel, with over 20 years of experience in steel fabrication, civil infrastructure and marine construction. Mark began his career as a boilermaker and fabrication supervisor, gaining deep technical expertise on the workshop floor before completing his Bachelor of Civil Engineering at the University of Sydney.He has held senior project roles with major contractors including Monadelphous, Baulderstone, McConnell Dowell and Leighton Contractors, managing the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects such as wind farms, marine wharves, bridges and water treatment facilities. Mark brings a strong focus on construction methodology, team leadership and safety compliance.
