Henry To is the Founder and Managing Director of TWK Steel, bringing over 20 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering, construction management and steel fabrication. Henry began his career after graduating with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of New South Wales, majoring in structural and water engineering. He spent over a decade working with leading contractors across Australia and Asia on complex infrastructure projects – including bridges, marine structures, heavy lifting operations and rail systems. With a deep understanding of both site operations and project delivery, Henry established TWK Steel in 2011 with a vision to transform the steel fabrication industry through better planning, integrated services and uncompromising quality. Today, he leads a growing team of engineers, fabricators and project managers, delivering critical infrastructure across Australia with precision, innovation and reliability.
